Day 8

Class was as usual today. We did pratical today during lessons. Here are pictures of what i have done.





After lessons, we went shopping at jiang han lu.
There are many interesting things that I saw today. When walking around in a small mall at jiang han lu, we saw a motocyclist cycle through the mall. We were shocked when we saw that as we didn’t know that motocycles are allowed. It may be very dangerous as the path for walking is quite narrow and people might get hurt if they’re not careful.
We also saw dogs fighting in another mall called atm. People bringing dogs around were a rather common sight there. One of the dogs fighting the other even pooped at the mall. I think that the owner is very inconsiderate by not taking along newspaper in case this happens. It is a rather disgusting sight to see.
We had dinner at macdonalds then we took a bus back to school.

Reflection
Today, I was exposed to quite a number of things. For instance, the sight of a motocycle riding across a small mall. Another thing was the boarding of the bus. Here, it is way different than Singapore. In Singapore, if many people want to board a bus, they might squeeze a little to enter the bus. Some will wait for another bus if they are unable to enter. Just now, when trying to board the bus, it took a very hard time. Even before the bus has reached the bus stop, some people were already chasing beside the bus when it was almost reaching the stop. Thereafter, people will push and shove their way through just to enter the bus. I had quite a hard time getting in the bus with one of my hands full of stuff. It is very important to be alert when squeezing through as there might be pickpockets too. We all managed to board the bus after quite some time.
